MEDITATIONS FOR
STRESS, ANXIETY & FEAR

Below I've put together a few of my favorite practices to help deal with stress, anxiety, fear, and support a healthy outlook.  Fear will always be there. But when we are faced with fear, this is not the time to hide, or run away from it. Nor is it the time to let in control you and your every decision.

 

Meditation, especially meditations that requires breath work of any kind, help redirect that stress to a neutral place.  One where you have a moment to re-evaluate, and gain a new perspective. We have to stay in the present, and that might mean, facing the fear head on.  So when we are in this place, and in our practice, we must remember that the goal is not to run, but to stand up tall.  To breath deep. And just let it be.

MEDITATION FOR FEAR OF THE FUTURE

Get rid of emotional stress and tension with this simple, breathing exercise. 

It can remove unsettling thoughts from the past that surface into the present. The simple deep breath helps calm you, and to be present.

Breath deep. Relax.  Practice for 3-31 minutes a Day.

STRESS RELIEF & CLEARING EMOTIONS

Beautiful relaxing Meditation for Stress Relief and Clearing the Emotions.  With hands in Steeple Mudra, breathe is 4 x per minute: inhale 5 seconds, hold 5 seconds, exhale 5 seconds.  It can take difficult situations in the present and create a new path. Practice for 3-31 minutes a Day.

CLEARING THE ARCLINE

A Meditation for the Arcline and to Clear the past karma. The mantra used in this Meditation uses a sound current which brings a shield and brings good luck and happiness.  Practice for 3-31 minutes a Day.
